Down and Out

I have been on the outs with a sinus infection and strep throat. All I want in life (besides healthy, well-adjusted children, a better national economy and world peace) is some well deserved and much needed rest -- without small children screeching for me endlessly 12 octaves above normal peoples voice range, without having to beg my husband to "babysit" his own children , and without the unfortunate reality that, when I finally drag my pitiful butt out of bed, the house will be an utter disaster and require an inhumane amount of work to make it resemble something unlike a garbage dump.
