Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Each year on St. Patrick's Day it has become a family tradition for the kids and I to make a completely "green" meal. Last year we used green food coloring in our mashed potatoes, chicken breasts, as well as enjoyed salad greens, steamed broccoli, etc.
We are all set for another green dinner tonight. I will post pictures of our "Green" meal later this week.
